My keynote speeches, executive workshops, and teaching address core leadership challenges by applying research about topics such as business ethics, engagement, decision-making, team dynamics, social networks, and organizational culture. I teach students in the executive MBA program and the full-time MBA program, and I have delivered custom executive workshops around the world for clients including KPMG, BMW, Samsung, Tata, Lloyd's of London, and Gulf International Bank.

Poets & Quants named me one of the "Best 40 Business Professors Under 40" in 2018. I was awarded the London Business School MBA Teaching Award in 2014 and 2019, and the school-wide Excellence in Teaching award in 2023.
