Teaching

At London Business School, my classes address core leadership challenges by applying research and theory about topics such as business ethics, motivation, decision-making, team dynamics, and organizational culture. I teach students in the executive MBA program and the full-time MBA program, and I have delivered custom courses around the world for clients including KPMG, BMW, Samsung, Lloyd's of London, and Gulf International Bank.

I have also taught MBA, Ph.D., and undergraduate courses including Negotiation, Foundations of Business Research, and Social Psychology.

Poets & Quants named me one of the "Best 40 Business Professors Under 40" in 2018. I was awarded the London Business School MBA Teaching Award in 2014 and 2019, and the school-wide Excellence in Teaching award in 2023.
